How it Works
I use a blend of bodywork and verbal techniques. One key method is Access Bars®, a gentle, neuroscience-backed process from Access Consciousness®.
It’s a bit like “defragging” the mental clutter—clearing thoughts, stress and emotional baggage so you feel lighter, clearer and more present.
You can learn it in a workshop, receive it in a session, or build it into school or workplace life.
Anxious to Amazing
The ‘Anxious to Amazing’ programme has been created by me, Jennie Bolt, with Access Consciousness®.
It is a module of tools that introduces topics and questions to reduce stress and increase mind and body awareness.
The tools enable pupils to have more of themselves whilst creating more clarity, less drama and more ease with their studies and beyond.
